Access expectations

  • Use SSO accounts with MFA.
  • Prefer least privilege Unkey keys for scripts.
  • Never share operator credentials with customers.

Incident basics

  1. Acknowledge and assign an incident commander.
  2. Capture timestamps, tenant IDs, and Twilio SIDs.
  3. Communicate via approved customer channels.
  4. Run a post-incident review with engineering.
