Getting started
Download the Intry app, sign in, and link your unit.
Overview
Intry runs on your smartphone (iOS or Android). You will use the same email or phone number your property has on file for your lease.
First-time setup
Install Intry from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Open the app and create an account using the contact method your property provided (email or mobile).
Complete unit linking using the invite link, QR code, or access code from your lease packet or property manager.
Allow notifications when prompted — this is how you receive buzzer alerts.
If you cannot link your unit
- Confirm you are using the exact email/phone on the lease.
- Ask the office to resend your invitation or verify your apartment label (e.g. “204” vs “2B”).
- Update the app to the latest version if linking stalls at a spinner.
Privacy
Intry only uses your account data to deliver entry alerts and related property messages. Contact your property for their full privacy policy; Intry processes data under agreements with the property manager.
