Getting started
Download the Intry app, sign in, and link your unit.
Overview
Intry runs on your smartphone (iOS or Android) and in the resident portal at portal.gointry.com. Use the same email your property has on file for your lease.
First-time setup
Install Intry from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Open the app and sign in with Clerk (same email as your lease) or create an account using your property's invite link.
Complete unit linking using the invite link, QR code, or access code from your lease packet or property manager.
Allow notifications when prompted — this is how you receive buzzer alerts.
Resident portal
You can also sign in at portal.gointry.com using the same email. Forgot password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen (powered by Clerk).
If you cannot link your unit
- Confirm you are using the exact email on the lease.
- Ask the office to resend your invitation or verify your apartment label (e.g. "204" vs "2B").
- Update the app to the latest version if linking stalls.
Privacy
Intry only uses your account data to deliver entry alerts and related property messages. Contact your property for their full privacy policy.
