Overview
Guest access (when enabled by your property) lets you send a time-limited credential or code so visitors can enter without calling your unit every time.

Safety tips
- Set the shortest time window that still works.
- Revoke passes early when plans change.
- Never post guest codes in public social channels.
Property rules
Your building may cap how many active guests you can have or require manager approval for certain entrances. If a feature is missing in your app, the property may not have enabled it yet — ask the office.
