Call history in Intry shows when visitors buzzed, which residents were notified, and whether someone approved or denied entry. Use it for disputes, security reviews, and training.
Reading a record

Retention
Your agreement with Intry defines how long logs remain online vs archived. Do not rely on UI copies for legal holds — request formal exports through support when subpoenas arrive.
