Overview

Property managers work inside Intry Admin (web) and partner tools to maintain tenants (your management company), properties, units, virtual phone numbers, and resident accounts.

Launch checklist

Confirm tenant record exists with correct billing + entitlement flags.

Create each property with accurate address and timezone (default Eastern unless otherwise required).

Import or create units with the exact unitLabel residents expect on intercoms.

Assign Twilio virtual numbers to units or shared entry points per your telephony design.

Invite residents using the email/phone on the lease; verify devices register after first login.

Training tips

  • Run a tabletop buzzer test with staff phones before go-live.
  • Document who owns after-hours support for hardware vs software.
  • Keep a spreadsheet mapping unitLabel → e164 for quick lookups during incidents.
